01 Inquiries and bookings
This website does not take online bookings or payments. Sending an inquiry is not a booking: a stay is booked only once we confirm it to you in writing.
02 Prices
Prices are per apartment and per night, in euros, as shown on each apartment page. The price in your written booking confirmation applies.
Prices include the tourist tax. VAT is not charged, as we are not in the VAT system.
03 Deposit
To confirm a booking, a deposit of 40% of the total price is required. You will receive the payment details with the booking confirmation.
04 Cancellation
Cancellation is not free of charge: the deposit you have paid is non-refundable.
05 Minimum stay
The minimum number of nights varies with the period of your stay; we will let you know in our reply to your inquiry.
06 Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is until 10:00. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible on request, depending on availability.
On arrival, every guest must show a valid identity document, as Croatian law requires us to register our guests.
07 House rules
- Apartments Skandul is an adults-only property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The number of guests may not exceed the maximum stated for the apartment.
- The apartments are for accommodation only; parties are not allowed.
- Guests must respect public order and the peace of the neighbourhood.
08 Complaints
You can send a complaint in writing to info@apartments-skandul.com or by post to Slobode 59, 52221 Rabac, Croatia. We confirm receipt and reply in writing within 15 days, as required by the Croatian Consumer Protection Act.
09 Applicable law
These terms are governed by Croatian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
